THE EFFECTIVE USE OF REWARDS TO ENHANCE & ENCOURAGE VIRTUES & PUNISHMENTS TO DISCOURAGE VICES AS A WAY OF BUILDING THE QUALITY CULTURE

One of the most important aspects of quality assurance are REWARDS & PUNISHMENTS. The GLOBAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATION (GQAA) seriously considers these aspects. Rewards are motivational and encourage repetition of virtues, good & desirable behaviours but it should not always be about financial and material gains. It could be a commendation letter, well deserved promotion, a standing ovation or just mentioning in public what somebody did. Punishments are meant to discourage vices & bad behaviours.

Whenever we have a GLOBAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATION (GQAA) event or where the GQAA is invited to be part of a conference, competition or workshop, it is inherent in us to contribute towards promoting good attributes displayed by excelling males & females through donating 2 trophies (ideally for 1 male & 1 female). This is meant to inspire others and propel the winners to do more.

I am also grateful & appreciate all those who have seen it fit for me to win life time awards. This year has not been an exception & we hope to give out more and win more as well. This approach has motivated many to do more. Kudos to those who have won our trophies before.
