Dr. Makuku Receives Lifetime Achievement Award at the 13th Sustainable Development Research Conference

In an esteemed ceremony at the 13th Sustainable and Development Research Conference graced by notable dignitaries, Dr. Violet Makuku, the Director of the Global Quality Assurance Association (GQAA), was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the enhancement of quality assurance in higher education throughout Africa. The gathering, hosted in Ghana, was honored by the presence of prominent individuals including the Minister of Education, Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum; the Deputy minister of Education Rev. John Ntim-Fordjour, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Johannesburg, Prof. Letlhokwa George Mpedi; the Pro Vice Chancellor of Kumasi Technical University, Ing. Prof. Abena Agyeiwaa Obiri-Yeboah; and Prof. Mrs. Scholastica Wompakeah Azuah, the Principal of St. Teresa’s College of Education, Volta Region, Ghana who also received awards.
